Please note, your content must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to a scheduled newsletter sent date. Our Global Newsletters are typically sent at the end of the month.

As a department or University entity you have the opportunity to submit your content to be included in a global alumni newsletters. These newsletters are sent out on regular basis to Andrews University global alumni community. Although the exact number of current emails fluctuates, Andrews University current alumni base stands at above 90,000.

When submitting your content to be included in the Global Alumni Newsletters we will place your content in an appropriate way along the announcements or advertising areas throughout the newsletter body. An example is shown on the right. Although Global Newsletters carry the main University brand and are sent from the Office of Alumni Services at Andrews University your department’s message will be displayed in an appropriate manner at the bottom of the newsletters as shown to the right.
