Women’s Scholarship Brunch

Join us for a complimentary brunch honoring women’s scholarship recipients and an inspiring talk sponsored by the Women’s Scholarship Committee and the Office of Development. The brunch will be held in the Lincoln and Hoosier Rooms in Andrews University’s Campus Center.

Speaker: Heather Thompson Day (BA ’08, MA ’11, PhD ’18)

Title: “Say It Yourself”

Heather Thompson Day, associate professor of communication at Andrews, is an interdenominational speaker and has been a contributor for Religion News Service, Christianity Today, Newsweek and the Barna Group. She is also the host of Viral Jesus, a new podcast with Christianity Today that has already received over 100k downloads. She is passionate about supporting women, and runs an online community called “I’m That Wife” which has over 260k followers. Heather will speak about “the power of our words to create our world.”
