Join us for a total body workout session presented virtually by Christine Wallace (MSA ’08, CPT). Christine is a health and wellness professional from Toronto, Canada. Her background includes Ironman triathlon, competitive running, coaching, pre and postnatal wellness, fitness instruction, and holistic living. For Christine, wellness is not a job; it’s a lifestyle. Having lived in both Canada and the United States, she has been a part of health and wellness policy creation in both countries at the municipal level. One of her greatest passions in life is to help people achieve a greater quality of life through improved physical fitness.
